We are currently only looking for long-term members to raid the upcoming Mists of Pandaria content.
What you can expect from US:
What you can expect from us is a warm and social guild outside of our raiding environment. During progression time, you get a buckled-down, fast-paced raiding environment with a focus on getting new content down as quickly as our time, members, and efforts allow.
What we expect from YOU:
If you are applying for a raiding spot, you must not be afraid of wiping or long raid hours during progression. We expect new recruits to be able to attend most progression raids during the initiate period, even if you are on standby or swapped in and out. Raid performance is everything—if you cannot consistently perform, you will not make our raid cut.
You must be able to take strong criticism at times and improve as a result.
If you have an issue following direction, do not bother applying.
You must be able to remain focused and attentive for long periods of time. We expect all raid members to listen, understand, and execute to their best abilities with the strategy set forth by officers.
You have an advanced understanding of your class. As an applicant, you must illustrate a want to learn your class, accept criticism. We do recommend you collaborate with others that share your same role.
You must be committed. During progression times, we will raid up to three nights a week. Members will be expected to come to raids prepared with needed materials (consumables, profession specific items, etc.) and have new/existing gear properly enhanced.
As an applicant you won’t be expected to bring your alt over right away, unless you are confident that you will mesh with the raiding and social aspect of our guild. We do expect your active alts to be here eventually—we are not an alt raiding guild; we are not a leveling guild.
You must be able to adapt to the guild and get along. We encourage and expect individuals to get to know other members and participate on our guild forum.
Still interested? Please fill an application on our public forum (you will have to make a Guildportal account to see it) OR talk to an officer in game.
